Step 1: Complete the Bridal Inquiry Form

Begin by filling out our bridal inquiry form to check availability for your wedding date. If your date is available, you’ll receive an email titled “🩷 Wedding is Available!” and we’ll place a 48-hour soft hold while you decide on your preferred services. 


✨ We do our best to respond within 48 hours. Inquiries submitted Friday through Sunday will receive a reply by Monday


To ensure seamless communication and keep all details organized, we kindly ask that all inquiries be submitted via email.

Step 2: 💍Review & Select Your Services

Take a moment to explore our bridal offerings by visiting the links provided in your “🩷 Wedding is Available!” email or directly through our website. From signature bridal packages to customized à la carte options, you’ll find everything you need to create your perfect glam experience.


When you're ready, simply reply to the “🩷 Wedding is Available!” email with the services or package you'd like to book.


✨ Prefer to build your own package?


Custom à la carte bookings are welcomed with a $500 minimum investment to ensure the same elevated level of service and attention to detail.


Still deciding? You’re welcome to request a call to discuss your vision, ask questions, and ensure every detail feels just right.

 Please note:  Due to the high demand during peak wedding seasons, we book up to 12 months in advance and accept a limited number of weddings per month (maximum of 12) to ensure every client receives our full focus. Smaller or “get-ready-and-go” weddings may be accepted based on weekday/weekend availability or off-peak seasons.

Step 3:💍To Officially Reserve Your Wedding Date

Once you’ve selected your services, we’ll send over a personalized invoice to begin the booking process. To officially secure your date on our bridal calendar, we follow a structured payment schedule:


  • 50% non-refundable retainer due at the time of booking
     
  • 25% installment due midway between booking and the wedding date
     
  • Final 25% balance due no later than 7 days before your wedding
     

✨ How to Pay:

Invoices will be issued with personalized due dates and can be paid via credit/debit card or Zelle.


💳 Processing Fees (Card Payments Only):


  • $25 fee for bookings up to $2,000
     
  • $50 fee for bookings over $2,000
     

💡 Prefer to avoid the fee? You're welcome to pay via Zelle for a fee-free option.


🗓️ Your date will be placed on a 48-hour soft hold once the invoice is sent. Your booking is officially confirmed once the retainer is received and the contract is signed.

Step 4: Bridal Contract Agreement

Once your 50% retainer is received, you’ll receive your Bridal Contract Agreement within 24–48 hours. This final step ensures that all details are confirmed and crystal clear — including your selected services, glam timeline, and important terms.


✨ What You Can Expect:


  • Your contract will be sent electronically to the email you provided.
     
  • Please review and sign within 48 hours to officially secure your booking.
     
  • Your wedding date is not fully confirmed until both the contract is signed and the retainer is received.
     

This agreement outlines everything — from service details, timeline, and booking policies to payment terms and client responsibilities.


💡 We encourage you to read it thoroughly and reach out with any questions before signing. It’s designed to protect both you and your artist, ensuring a smooth, stress-free, and elevated experience from start to finish.

Step 5: What to Expect After Booking…

Once your booking is officially confirmed, you’ll receive a customized bridal beauty schedule approximately 5–7 days before your wedding day. This timeline will outline the precise arrival time for myself and any additional artists to ensure a seamless, timely, and relaxed glam experience.


✨ Here’s how we prepare for your day:


  • We arrive 30 minutes before the first scheduled service to complete our setup and create a calming environment.
     
  • Each bridal party member is allocated 1.5 hours for makeup.
     
  • The bride is reserved 1 hour and 45 minutes for makeup and 2 hours for hair — giving us ample time for skin prep, precision details, and extras like tattoo coverage or Hollywood Glam styling.
     
  • For bookings with 6 or more total services, a second artist will be added to your bridal team automatically to maintain efficiency and ensure a smooth morning.
