A security deposit deposit is required to secure your reservation,  refundable deposit is  issued upon return, pending inspection.

Due to limited inventory, we recommend reserving your clip-in extensions at least three months in advance to guarantee availability.  We will document the extensions' condition through photos of the wefts and clips before your rental to ensure transparency.

We take the utmost care in maintaining the pristine quality of our luxury hair extensions. After each use, every extension, weft, and clip is meticulously disinfected, shampooed, and conditioned to ensure the highest standards of hygiene and freshness.

For added convenience, if your rental is booked alongside a hair service, we will pre-curl and set the extensions before your appointment, ensuring a flawless, time-saving experience.

After your event, simply return them as-is—no need for cleaning. Our expert team will handle the entire sanitation process, so you can enjoy your special day worry-free.

 To ensure a seamless return experience, we provide a prepaid, self-addressed return envelope for mailing back your rented extensions. Please ensure they are postmarked within three days of your event date to avoid late fees. A $50 late fee will be applied for each additional day past the deadline, charged directly to your payment card. Returns are accepted up to one week after your event; beyond that, the deposit will be forfeited.

For local clients in Las Vegas, NV, we offer the convenience of an in-person return at LOOK Style Society within three days of your event.

Please note that we are not liable for extensions lost in transit, and lost items are not eligible for a refund of the remaining deposit. Once returned, our team will carefully inspect the extensions for any damage, missing wefts, or discoloration. If they are in good condition, your remaining deposit—minus the rental retainer fee—will be promptly refunded.
