Hassle-Free Return: No cleaning or prep required — simply return your extensions as-is. Our team will professionally sanitize and restore them, so you can fully enjoy your day without the stress.
Reserve Early – Limited Availability: Our luxury extensions are in high demand and inventory is limited. We recommend booking your rental at least 3 months in advance to ensure availability. For your peace of mind, we document the condition of all extensions (including detailed photos of the wefts and clips) before they are rented out.
- After your event, simply return them as-is—no need for cleaning. Our expert team will handle the entire sanitation process, so you can enjoy your special day worry-free.
Reserve Early - Limited Inventory: Due to high demand and limited stock, we recommend reserving your rental extensions at least 3 months in advance to guarantee availability. To ensure transparency, we will document the condition of the extensions — including photos of the wefts and clips — prior to your rental.
Returns & Refund Process
To ensure a seamless return experience, we provide a prepaid, self-addressed return envelope for mailing back your rented extensions. Please ensure they are postmarked within three days of your event date to avoid late fees. A $50 late fee will be applied for each additional day past the deadline, charged directly to your payment card. Returns are accepted up to one week after your event; beyond that, the deposit will be forfeited.
For local clients in Las Vegas, NV, we offer the convenience of an in-person return at LOOK Style Society within three days of your event.
Please note that we are not liable for extensions lost in transit, and lost items are not eligible for a refund of the remaining deposit. Once returned, our team will carefully inspect the extensions for any damage, missing wefts, or discoloration. If they are in good condition, your remaining deposit—minus the rental retainer fee—will be promptly refunded.

Bridal Preview & Event Day - 2 Day Rental
For brides wishing to use clip-in extensions for both the bridal preview and the wedding day, simply add $100 to the original non-refundable rental retainer to secure your 2-day rental.
Our Inventory
Premium clip-in extensions are available in natural brown and black tones, designed to seamlessly blend with your hair for a flawless finish. These luxury extensions come in 20” and 24” lengths and are crafted to maintain their pristine quality—therefore, they cannot be cut or colored. (See below for available shades.)
Hollywood Glam Waves - Prep!
The bride’s hairstyling is reserved for 2 hours , especially for detailed looks like Hollywood Waves.
If your hairstyle includes clip-in extensions, extra time has already been factored into the schedule.
An additional hairstylist will be assigned for larger parties (6+ total services) to maintain the timeline and overall experience.
🧴 Hair Prep Guidelines:
To get the best results with your chosen style:
- Hair must be 100% clean and completely dry before your scheduled time
- Hair should be straighten/ flat iron in advance (do not curl)— this makes it harder for styles to hold
- Avoid heavy leave-in conditioners, oils, or silicone-based products prior to styling
- If you’re wearing clip-in extensions, have them nearby and brushed through (wash them 1 day before)
- Hollywood Waves clients must wear extensions provided or approved by the artist
- Highly recommend you purchase hair extensions directly from Dan’Yel for the best results (knockoutvirginhair.com)
If hair is wet, damp, or improperly prepped, a $50 blow-dry or prep fee may apply and will delay the schedule.
Please note: Hair artists do not stay for touch-ups unless this service is included in your contract.
